HON. BABALOLA, PhD, (MR INTEGRITY) MOBILISES MASSIVELY FOR BOYE NATION, JAF MOVEMENT CONCERT AS APM DECLARATION DRAWS POLITICAL ATTENTION IN IBADAN

IBADAN, Oyo State, September 20, 2026.

Oyo lawmaker, Hon. Abiodun Oluwaseun Babalola, PhD (Mr Integrity), has mobilised massively for the Boye Nation and JAF Movement Concert. The concert is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan.
Babalola is the member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing the good people of Ibadan North-East Constituency 01.

He is also the Allied People's Movement (APM) House of Assembly candidate for the same constituency in the 2027 general election.
He has thrown his weight behind the mobilisation of APM stakeholders, youth groups and supporters ahead of the gathering, which is organised under the Young, United and Unstoppable (YUU) platform.

The event will combine entertainment, youth engagement, networking and political activities. Reports on the programme indicate that it will also feature the formal declaration of Boye Nation for the APM.

The political dimension of the concert has drawn attention because organisers and reports have linked it with the expected movement of members and supporters from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and other political structures into the APM. The scale and final composition of any such defection will become clearer at the event itself.

The concert begins at 10:00 a.m. on Monday. The line-up includes Alabi Pasuma, Taye Currency, Tiri Leather, Qdot, Babatunmise, Kanmi Jackson, Ope Federal, Zammy Tee, Ododo Emi and Adigun Oriyomi, among others.
Organisers have presented the YUU platform as a youth-oriented initiative built on unity, participation, networking and engagement. The Boye Nation and JAF event is expected to provide a platform for political declarations alongside the entertainment programme.

Meanwhile, the Oyo State Road Traffic Management Authority (OYRTMA) has announced temporary traffic restrictions around Adamasingba because of the expected attendance. Some roads around the stadium will be closed between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Motorists are advised to use designated parking areas and alternative routes.

With APM stakeholders, youth groups, entertainers and political actors expected at the venue, the September 21 gathering is set to combine entertainment, youth mobilisation and political realignment in Ibadan.

For Hon. Babalola, his mobilisation forms part of his ongoing political engagement ahead of the 2027 Oyo State House of Assembly election, where he is seeking to return to represent Ibadan North-East Constituency 01 on the APM platform
