Distinguished Hon. Abiodun Oluwaseun Babalola, PhD ("Mr. Integrity"), member representing the good people of Ibadan North East Constituency 01 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has joined other well-wishers in felicitating with Hon. Olusola Owolabi, member representing Ibadan North East Constituency 02, on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message issued today, Friday 18th of September 2026, Dr. Babalola extolled his colleague on the massive impact he has achieved as a member of the Oyo State House of Assembly.
"Hon. Sola is a blessing to our local government and the state at large. As a legislator, he has demonstrated commitment and sponsored sensitive bills that increase the wellbeing of Oyo State people and the betterment of our society," Hon. Abiodun said.

He further described his colleague as a dedicated and result-oriented lawmaker whose legislative footprint continues to reflect positively on the yearnings and aspirations of his constituents.
Dr. Babalola also commended the cordial and productive working relationship both lawmakers have continued to enjoy within the Oyo State House of Assembly, noting that such synergy among representatives of Ibadan North East Local Government has remained instrumental to the delivery of dividends of democracy to their people.

He expressed confidence that Hon. Owolabi would continue to rise in service and impact, urging him to remain steadfast in championing the course of good governance and people-oriented legislation.
