Akinloye Congratulates Gbenga Adewusi on Appointment, Commends Makinde’s Sports Development Initiative

The Allied People’s Movement (APM) Candidate for the Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North-East Constituency 2, Hon. Akinloye Abdulrazaq Abiola, has congratulated Hon. Gbenga Ayinde Adewusi “Arole” on his appointment as Executive Assistant, Sports Commission, by the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde.

In a congratulatory message, Hon. Akinloye described Adewusi’s appointment as a recognition of his experience and contributions to the development of sports in Oyo State.

He commended Governor Makinde for entrusting the responsibility to a sports administrator with experience in the sector, particularly given Adewusi’s previous service as Chairman of the Oyo State Sports Council.

Akinloye noted that effective sports administration requires experienced professionals who understand grassroots development, talent discovery and the importance of providing opportunities for young athletes.

He expressed optimism that Adewusi would deploy his experience and knowledge to support the growth of sports across the state and contribute to the advancement of athletes and sporting programmes.

The APM candidate further congratulated Adewusi on the new responsibility, describing it as an opportunity to further serve the people and contribute to the development of Oyo State.
