The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government Area, Hon. Engr. Ibrahim Akintayo ("OMUYES"), has honoured Hon. Olushola Owolabi, member representing Ibadan North East Constituency 02 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, celebrating his legacy of service and leadership on the occasion of his birthday.

In a congratulatory message issued today, Friday 18th of September 2026, Hon. Akintayo, who hails from the same constituency and local government as the celebrant, described Hon. Owolabi as a worthy representative whose contributions have continued to impact positively on the lives of their people.

He commended Hon. Owolabi's legislative footprint in the Oyo State House of Assembly, noting that his commitment to purposeful representation has brought commendable dividends of democracy to Ibadan North East Local Government.

Hon. Akintayo further stated that the strong bond and synergy between the executive arm of the local government and the legislative representation of Hon. Owolabi have remained instrumental in driving development across the area.
He described the celebrant as a dependable ally in governance, whose doors have always remained open to the yearnings and aspirations of the people of Ibadan North East.

Hon. Akintayo prayed for God's continued blessings upon Hon. Owolabi, wishing him sound health, wisdom and more years of impactful service to the people.
