Hijrah 1448: Ibadan North East Chairmanship Aspirant, Olasupo Felicitates Muslim Ummah, Calls for Unity and Community Development

Ibadan North East Chairmanship Aspirant and Mogaji of Bada Compound, Oke Offa Atipe, Hon. Olasupo Ibrahim Ademola, has extended warm congratulations to Muslims in Ibadan North East, Oyo State, and across Nigeria on the occasion of Hijrah 1448 AH.

He described the Islamic New Year as a time for reflection, renewal, and rededication to faith, sacrifice, patience, and righteousness as demonstrated in the historic migration of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) from Makkah to Madinah.

Olasupo urged Muslims and residents to embrace peace, unity, and mutual respect. He noted that these values remain key to sustainable community development and social progress.

He also called on citizens to show more commitment to service, compassion, and nation-building. According to him, positive actions and cooperation are essential for building a better society.

He prayed for Allah’s mercy, guidance, and blessings upon the Muslim Ummah, wishing everyone a peaceful and prosperous Hijrah 1448 AH.
