Barr. Muyiwa Makinde Welcomes Accord 'Oyo N Pé O' Members as APM Gains Momentum in Oyo
The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) has continued to record significant growth in Oyo State as a broad delegation of Accord "Oyo N Pe O" members formally aligned with the party in a meeting hosted by Chief (Barr.) Olumuyiwa Makinde.
The delegation, representing members of the Accord political movement, met with Barr. Muyiwa Makinde to affirm their decision to join the APM and contribute to the party's growing presence across Oyo State. The meeting highlighted the increasing support the party continues to attract from various political groups and stakeholders.
Speaking on behalf of their members, the representatives pledged their loyalty and support to the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde. They also expressed their commitment to the vision of a better Nigeria and declared their readiness to work for the success of Engr. Seyi Makinde as the presidential flagbearer of APM, Hon. Bimbo Adekanmbi as Governor, and all candidates of the party in future elections.
The Ibadan North East Youth Leader, Comrade Olaitan Ajibola, popularly known as Apesin, was also present at the meeting. Apesin, whose efforts and coordination were instrumental in facilitating the smooth and seamless integration of the group into the party. Party members commended his commitment to grassroots mobilization and party development within the local government and beyond.
The latest political realignment is seen by many observers as another indication of the growing acceptance of APM's message and leadership.
