The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, popularly known as "O Mu Yes," has joined family, friends, associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the First Lady of Oyo State, Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, on the occasion of her birthday.

In a goodwill message, the council chairman described the First Lady as a symbol of compassion, grace, and selfless service, whose dedication to the welfare of women, children, and vulnerable members of society has continued to make a positive impact across Oyo State.

Hon. Akintayo praised Engr. Makinde for her unwavering commitment to humanitarian causes and her steadfast support for the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, noting that her contributions to community development have earned her widespread admiration.
