The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, popularly known as "O Mu Yes," has joined family, friends, associates, and well-wishers in celebrating the First Lady of Oyo State, Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, on the occasion of her birthday.

In a goodwill message, the council chairman described the First Lady as a symbol of compassion, grace, and selfless service, whose dedication to the welfare of women, children, and vulnerable members of society has continued to make a positive impact across Oyo State.
