OPATOKI ENGAGES CRITICAL STAKEHOLDERS IN COMMUNITY DIALOGUE, FIELDS QUESTIONS AT OYO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY COMPLEX

Oyo State 2027 gubernatorial hopeful, Otunba Oluseye Opatoki, on Tuesday held a robust community engagement session with critical stakeholders at the Western Hall, inside the Oyo State House of Assembly Complex, Ibadan.

The interactive forum, which drew a distinguished gathering of party leaders, youth representatives, and prominent stakeholders from across Oyo State, provided participants with a rare and direct opportunity to engage the governorship aspirant on issues of governance, development, and his vision for the state.


Notable among those in attendance were the Oyo State PDP Mouthpiece, Comrade Michael Ogunsina; Alhaji Alawusa, the Executive Chairman of PDP Ward 04, Ibadan North East Local Government; the Ibadan North East PDP Youth Leader, Comrade Apesin; Ambassador Olumide; and many other prominent personalities from across the state.

In what observers described as an open and candid session, participants freely raised critical questions bordering on infrastructure, security, youth empowerment, economic development, and the future of Oyo State under a prospective Opatoki administration. Otunba Opatoki, in his characteristic composure and depth of knowledge, responded to each question raised, offering detailed positions and commitments on the various concerns presented by the stakeholders.


The community engagement reflects Otunba Opatoki's bottom-up approach to governance and his belief in inclusive leadership — taking his message directly to the people and listening to their needs before ascending to the highest office in the state.

Speaking at the event, Otunba Oluseye Opatoki reaffirmed his commitment to a people-centred administration if given the mandate by the good people of Oyo State, stating that the voices of ordinary Oyo citizens would remain at the heart of his governorship agenda.

The event further consolidates Otunba Opatoki's growing political momentum ahead of the 2027 governorship election in Oyo State, as stakeholders across party structures continue to rally behind his aspiration.
