Easter: Olasupo Felicitates Christians, Urges Unity, Peaceful Living
A chairmanship aspirant for Ibadan North East Local Government, Olasupo Ibrahim Ademola, has felicitated Christians in Ibadan North East and across Oyo State on the occasion of Easter.
In a statement issued on Monday, Olasupo described Easter as a period that symbolises hope, sacrifice and renewal, urging Christians to reflect on its significance.
He said, “I felicitate with Christians in Ibadan North East and across Oyo State as we celebrate Easter. The season reminds us of the virtues of love, sacrifice and hope, which are essential for peaceful coexistence and community development.”
The aspirant called on residents to continue to promote unity, tolerance and peaceful living, noting that collective effort remains key to the progress of Ibadan North East.
He also urged Christians to use the period to pray for peace, stability and development in the local government and the state at large.
Olasupo wished all Christians a peaceful and fulfilling Easter celebration.
