Eid-el-Fitr: Hon. Olasupo Ibrahim Ademola Felicitates Muslims, Urges Unity, Peace
Ibadan North East Chairmanship Aspirant, Hon. Olasupo Ibrahim Ademola has extended warm greetings and heartfelt congratulations to Muslims in Ibadan North East and across Oyo State as they celebrate the joyous occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the successful completion of the holy month of Ramadan.
In his Eid message, Hon. Olasupo commended the Muslim Ummah for their devotion, discipline, and spiritual commitment throughout the fasting period.
He noted that the values of sacrifice, patience, love, and compassion demonstrated during Ramadan should not end with the season, but continue to guide daily interactions and community life.
He further used the occasion to call for unity and peaceful coexistence among residents, emphasizing that progress and development can only thrive in an atmosphere of harmony and mutual respect.
According to him, “At a time like this, we must continue to strengthen the bonds that unite us, promote peace in our communities, and work together for the collective good of our people.”
Hon. Olasupo also encouraged acts of kindness and generosity, especially towards the less privileged, noting that the true essence of Eid lies in sharing, caring, and uplifting one another.
He prayed that Almighty Allah accepts the prayers, fasting, and sacrifices of the faithful, and blesses every home with peace, prosperity, and continued happiness.
