A prominent Oyo State PDP chieftain and philanthropist, Otunba Oluseye Opatoki, has extended warm felicitations to the Chief Imam of Omituntun Mosque, Sheikh Mojeed Lanase, as he marks his 50th birthday.


In a goodwill message, Otunba Opatoki described the esteemed Islamic cleric as a man of peace and straightforward character, whose contributions to the propagation of Islam have been exemplary and widely recognized.



Opatoki said: "I rejoice with my brother, Sheikh Mojeed Lanase, a renowned Islamic scholar of note, as he attains this significant milestone of 50 years. His dedication to peaceful coexistence and his unwavering commitment to the service of Allah and humanity are truly commendable."



The philanthropist praised Sheikh Lanase's scholarly contributions and his role in fostering religious harmony within the community, noting that his straightforward approach to religious teachings has earned him respect across diverse groups.


Otunba Opatoki described the golden jubilee as a testament to Sheikh Lanase's impactful life and meaningful service to the Muslim Ummah and the larger society.
"At 50, you have achieved so much in advancing Islamic knowledge and promoting peace in our community. 
May Allah continue to bless you with good health, longevity, and increased wisdom to lead the faithful," Opatoki prayed.


The PDP chieftain also prayed for divine guidance and protection upon the Chief Imam, asking Allah to grant him the strength to continue his noble work of propagating Islam and mentoring the younger generation of Islamic scholars.


 "May your next 50 years be filled with greater achievements, abundant blessings, and countless opportunities to serve humanity and expand the frontiers of Islamic scholarship," Opatoki added.
