Hon Abiodun Babalola PhD, member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Ibadan North East Constituency 1, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde for his unwavering commitment to building enduring systems through the empowerment of competent and principled individuals.

Celebrating the promotion of a results-driven commissioner to the office of Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Hon Babalola praised the Governor's consistency in translating his vision of system-building into concrete action. "I have long known that you mean every word you say about system-building, and you have built sufficient capacity to deliver on those words, your Excellency," Babalola stated.
