Opatoki Hails Makinde on Birthday, Salutes Transformational Leadership in Oyo
Otunba Oluseye Opatoki, a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, has joined well-wishers across the state and beyond to celebrate the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his birthday.
