The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode, was warmly hosted by corps members serving within the local government during the 2025 Christmas Carol celebration.

The colourful event, which brought together corps members, local government officials, and invited guests, was marked by melodious carol renditions, prayers, and messages of peace, unity, and goodwill. The celebration reflected the true spirit of Christmas and fostered stronger bonds between the corps members and the local government administration.

In his address, Hon. Alawode commended the corps members for their dedication, discipline, and positive contributions to community development in Ibadan South East Local Government. He reaffirmed the commitment of his administration to the welfare and well-being of corps members, while encouraging them to continue serving with diligence and patriotism.

The corps members, in turn, expressed their appreciation to the Chairman for honoring their invitation and for his continuous support throughout their service year.

The event which had in attendance Chief of Staff Hon Olusegun Oludaye,Director of Finance Mr Ogunmakinde, Chief whip of the house Hon Alarape Akeem, Super for works Hon Azeez Olanrewaju Saheed, Special assistant to the chairman Hon Babatunde Kudirat,Hon Abiodun Lawal, Prince Oyetunde Saheed,Mr Olayiwola Kehinde and LGI Mrs Ayodele Solomon and others.

The event ended on a joyful note with goodwill messages and group photographs.
