We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Ibrahim Salami Dikko, Chairman of the Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Service (PTS), on the successful completion of his second year in office—a tenure marked by remarkable achievements and transformative leadership.

Dr. Dikko’s tenure has been defined by visionary leadership, transformative reforms, and a deep sense of commitment to excellence. Within just two years, he has successfully steered PTS through a comprehensive digital transformation — transitioning from analog operations to a fully digitized system — a feat that has repositioned the agency as a benchmark in Nigeria’s transport sector.

Acting in alignment with the progressive vision of His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, Dr. Dikko has implemented policies that have improved operational efficiency, enhanced service delivery, and elevated the experiences of both transport operators and commuters across the state.
