FEDERAL MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT IN COLLABORATION WITH OYO STATE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND DRASA HEALTH TRUST SPEECH.  

It is with great honor and a deep sense of responsibility that I share my thoughts on behalf of the Food Security Committee of the Oyo State House of Assembly.

Food security remains a cornerstone of our national development and the well-being of every citizen. The Committee reaffirm our collective commitment to ensuring that every household has access to safe, nutritious, and affordable food.

Our journey toward sustainable food systems requires partnership, innovation, and inclusive policies. We, as lawmakers, are committed to providing the necessary legislative backing and oversight to support agricultural development, empower farmers, and protect our food value chains.

Together, let us build a future where hunger is a thing of the past and where our food systems are resilient, equitable, and prosperous.

May our efforts continue to bear fruit for the good of our people and generations to come.
