The Executive chairman of Ibadan North-East Local Government and the chairmanship candidate of People's Democratic Party in forthcoming local government election in Oyo state, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo has joined numerous well-wishers to rejoice with the first citizen of pacesetter state, H.E Engr. Abiodun Oluwaseyi Makinde and H.E (Mrs ) Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde on well deserved prestigious chieftaincy title bestowed on them as Jagunmolu and Yeye Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom on Friday, November 10th, 2023. 

His imperial Majesty , Oba Victor Adesimbo Kiladejo of Ondo Kingdom in commemoration of his 70th birthday celebration and 17th coronation anniversary yesterday conferred the outstanding award on the Governor of Oyo State and wife.

The Executive Chairman, Honourable Ibrahim described the award as well deserved and a clear demonstration of his leadership prowess in Oyo state and south-west in general.

The council boss said Governor Oluwaseyi Makinde was a God sent being to the people of Oyo State due to his superb performance in development projects and human capacity.

Almighty God will surely be with the family of the newly Jagunmolu of Ondo Kingdom and may pacesetter state continue to enjoy the peace and progress they were enjoying under your leadership Sir.
