Ecstasy: As Ibadan North East LG Chair, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo Gave 60 Party Faithful Cash and Presentation of Party Candidates.
It was a wave of exhilaration as the executive chairman of Ibadan North-East local government and the chairmanship candidate of People Democratic Party (PDP), Honorable Ibrahim Akintayo doled out cash to five party members in each Ward (1-12) making sixty (60) beneficiaries as an encouragement for their inputs in contributing positively to the party during the general meeting of party at Padre senior Secondary School on Thursday.
The party chairman, Alhaji Isiaka Fatokun used the avenue to introduce all the party candidates from chairmanship to all the 12 Councilorship candidates to the party members. Namely:
Chairman : Honorable Ibrahim Akintayo.
Vice Chairperson : Honorable ( Mrs ) Mary Esomior .
Ward 1 - Hon Hussein Saburi Adewale
Ward 2 - Hon Razak Alabede
Ward 3 - Hon Azeez Olalekan Kabir
Ward 4 - Hon. Makinde Saheed Ayobami
Ward 5 - Hon. Ismail Oyelakin Alabi
Ward 6 - Hon. Igbalajobi Abdulmajeed Adekola
Ward 7 - Hon. Arulogun Abass Dolapo
Ward 8 - Hon. Hammed Sulaiman Bayonle
Ward 9 - Hon. Najeem Adeniran
Ward 10 - Hon. Akinyemi Musa
Ward 11 - Hon. Owolabi Lukman
Ward 12 - Hon. Bello Quadri.
"We need to work in unison to achieve a total victory for all our candidates in forthcoming local government election and make our amiable Governor, H.E Engr. Abiodun Oluwaseun Makinde proud been his local government" the party chairman said.
Mr Tayo Akinsanya from Ward 9 which is one the beneficiaries of the philanthropy gesture of the chairman said he was excited that the council boss can reach out to them during this hardship economy. He prayed for the victory of all the party candidates in forthcoming local government election and pray for the chairman to be succeeded.
