In a bold move to promote educational access and youth development, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi, PDP Gubernatorial Hopeful has officially announced the commencement of his JAMB Scholarship Application Empowerment, which will see over 10,000 free JAMB forms distributed to eligible students across the 351 wards of Oyo State.

It was gathered by Latest Reports News that the empowerment programme shall run from January 19th to February 28th and designed to support indigent and deserving students who aspire to further their education but are hindered by financial constraints. It reflects Amb. Ajadi’s unwavering commitment to human capital development and his belief that education remains the strongest tool for societal transformation.

Amb. Ajadi emphasized that the programme is not politically motivated but driven by compassion and the need to give every child in Oyo State a fair chance at academic success. He described the empowerment as an investment in the future leaders of the state and Nigeria at large.

The scholarship empowerment will cover all wards in Oyo State, ensuring fair representation and equal opportunity for applicants regardless of background, ethnicity, or religion.

Screening Requirements for Applicants Include:
• A valid National Identification Number (NIN) photocopy
• O’Level result (with a photocopy)

Applicants are encouraged to present authentic documents, as the screening process will be strictly merit-based and transparent.

According to the organizers, the distribution will follow a first-come, first-served approach, with no form of discrimination or bias. The empowerment exercise is expected to significantly reduce the burden on parents and guardians while increasing tertiary education enrollment in the state.

Education stakeholders, community leaders, and youth groups across Oyo State have commended the initiative, describing it as one of the largest privately sponsored JAMB interventions in the state’s history.
