The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo ‘O Mu Yes’, has paid glowing tribute to Chief Bayo Lawal, the Executive Assistant on General Administration to the Oyo State Governor, as he marks his birthday, describing him as an exceptional leader in Oyo State politics and a steadfast pillar of support.
