   In his efforts to complement the uncommon work of His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, the executive governor of Oyo state, to further improve the standard of education and to help in ways possible to encourage parents to better the lots of their wards educationally, Hon. Ibrahim Akinsola Akintayo, the executive chairman of lbadan North East Local Government has organized a laudable programme in which over 15,000 copies of exercise books were produced and other educational aid such as pens, pencils, chalks, chalkboard-rulers were also purchased in packs for the use of pupils in over 73 primary schools across the LG.

   The LG helmsman, hon. Akintayo as his name implies brought JOY into the hearts of pupils, parents and teachers by fulfilling his promise that he would be given out free exercise books and other writing materials to each pupils during his meeting with teachers in the LG.
