The wife of the Executive Chairman of Ibadan Northeast Local Government, Hon Khadija Akintayo put smile on over 200 people in her local government with cash and food palliatives.

In her brief remarks, Hon Bunmi Akintayo said she emulates the good gesture of her Excellency Tamunominini Funke Makinde the wife of H.E Oluwaseyi Abiodun Makinde the executive Governor of Oyo state.

"The inflation is so high and the economy hardship is affecting Nigerians seriously, given out of palliatives and cash to widows and other less privilege is part of our onus. I'll continue to contribute to the betterment of my people in all ways" Hon Khadija Akintayo concluded.

The council boss, Hon Ibrahim Akintayo extols his wife for given back to people and support his administration. Showing care and passion for the well-being of people should be paramount to every political office holder.

A widow, Mrs Abimbola Balogun prayed for Hon Khadija Akintayo for given her cash to support her business and charge others to emulate the good gesture of Mrs Khadijah Akinatyo.

Alhaji Isiaka Fatokun Abuye, the People Democratic Party Chairman of Ibadan Northeast Local Government, appreciated the wife of the executive chairman of Ibadan Northeast local government for reaching out to needy people in our society. Other politicians need to be doing this program to reduce the rate of poverty.
